Head of Europe
Hamish is responsible for managing the investment activities and product development of the European equity business.
Hamish joined the European team at its formation in 2005, having worked in Deutsche Bank's corporate and investment banking division where he was a specialist in the transport and infrastructure sector, advising corporate and government clients on mergers, acquisitions and capital raisings. Hamish's experience includes advising on airport privatisation projects in the United Kingdom, Latin America, China, South Africa, Germany and Malta, together with a large number of transactions in the privatised rail industry in the United Kingdom.
Hamish qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte & Touche and is an honours graduate (Geography) of Bristol University.
Head of Asia Pacific
Nadir is responsible for managing RREEF Infrastructure's equity investment activity and product development in Asia Pacific.
Nadir was formerly a member of the European team where he was responsible for identifying and analysing infrastructure investment opportunities and assisting in the execution and management of transactions.
Prior to joining RREEF Infrastructure, Nadir was a Transaction Director in Carillion plc's Project Finance/Equity team, working on acquisitions, disposals and asset management within the company's infrastructure portfolio, including the UK Building Schools for Future funding programme, UK hospitals, light rail and roads. Prior to joining Carillion, he worked with Banco Espirito Santo's Infrastructure Finance Team, PricewaterhouseCoopers' Project Finance & Privatisation Team and project finance Advisory firm ABROS.
Nadir has an MBA from University of Durham and holds a Master of Engineering and a Master of Arts in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
Head of Debt
Located in New York, Jorge is responsible for developing and managing the infrastructure debt investment strategies for RREEF Infrastructure.
Prior to joining RREEF in 2011, Jorge spent two years with Aladdin Capital Management’s Infrastructure Debt Business. Prior to that, Jorge was Managing Director and Head of Infrastructure Finance at Dresdner Kleinwort in New York, where he focused on the origination, structuring and execution of financings of infrastructure assets, sourcing transactions across diverse sectors including utilities, ports, airports, toll roads, stock exchanges and railroads.
George received a BA in Economics from Trinity College and an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Head of Investor Relations
Based in London, Irina is Head of Investor Relations, responsible for the fundraising and co-investment activities for RREEF Infrastructure.
Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Irina worked for Debevoise & Plimpton in London, advising on structuring and formation of a range of alternative investment products, with a particular focus on private equity funds.
Irina has an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Irina is a qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in 2000, having completed her legal studies at the College of Law, London, and holds a BA Honours degree from the Moscow State University of Culture.
Chief Financial Officer
Located in New York, Hans is the Head of Global Fund Finance and the Chief Financial Officer for RREEF Alternatives.
Prior to taking his current positions, Hans was the Global Business Area Controller for Deutsche Bank responsible for RREEF Alternative's business. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Hans was a financial services senior manager at KPMG Consulting Inc. and an assurance professional with KPMG Assurance in New York and Amsterdam.
Hans received a MA degree from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and is a Registered Accountant.
Global Chief Operating Officer
Based in London, Freddy is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the RREEF Infrastructure business globally.
Prior to joining RREEF Infrastructure, Freddy was a Business Manager in Corporate Finance at UBS, specialising in Equity Capital Markets. Prior to UBS, Freddy worked as a Financial Controller at Bear Stearns, and at HSBC, auditing the Asset Management and Private Banking businesses worldwide.
Freddy is a qualified chartered accountant, a member of the Securities Institute, and holds a BA (Honours) degree from the University of Manchester.
APAC Chief Operating Officer
Based in Sydney, Jeremy is responsible for RREEF Infrastructure's business operations in the Asia Pacific region.
Jeremy joined Deutsche Bank in July 2000 and has worked in a variety of finance and business management roles within the asset management division in that time.
Jeremy is a chartered accountant, a fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia and holds a B Comm degree from the University of New South Wales.
